Every year:
๐Ÿ”ธ 2 million injuries
๐Ÿ”ธ Nearly 1,300 deaths
๐Ÿ”ธ Three women killed every day by someone they once trusted

For survivors escaping abuse, safe housing is a lifeline.

From Dec 10โ€“31, Avenues for Hope helps ensure survivors in Bonner County have a safe place to turn โ€” with bonus funds that multiply your impact.

๐ŸŽ„ Community Gratitude Spotlight ๐ŸŽ

A huge THANK YOU to the Selkirk Association of REALTORSยฎ for more than 30 years of incredible generosity and heart. Year after year, they make sure that every single kiddo in our program experiences the joy and magic of Christmasโ€”and that kind of consistency and care changes lives. ๐Ÿ’›

We are especially grateful to the amazing volunteer elves who helped make this happen: Julie Nolan, Evane Horner, Carrie LaGrace, and Cathy Plank. Your time, kindness, and dedication mean the world to the families we serve.

Bonner Homeless Transtions

Bonner Homeless Transitions was established in 1991 by a group of dedicated volunteers who wanted to combat homelessness and its causes in our community. We have served hundreds of families, single women & men with children, and single women. We provide fully furnished housing, case management, crisis intervention, help with transportation and legal assistance. They also recieve assistance with food, clothing and access to medical services. Residents receive education and support to learn budgeting, parenting and employment opportunities. We partner with other agencies in the community to help connect residents with other available services. We have an 85% success rate moving residents to permanent housing, and currently 65% of our clients served are children.
