This was one of the first properties I ever closed when I started in real estate back in 2020.
My business partner Kymiir Maples and I met Mr. Broughton, who was ready to retire from being a landlord. He had been considering fixing the property up and listing it on the market, but ultimately, he just wanted a smooth and stress-free transition.
