I would like to take this opportunity to Thank each and every one of you for being the best customers I could ever have.
YOU have made my career as a hairstylist the most enjoyable, educational, and informative more than you know.
I always looked forward to seeing you all and doing your hair. Its the most fun I have ever had working .
The relationships, wisdom, conversations, and friendships I will always treasure! Many of you have been with me a very long time, and others for only a short while. But it is all of you who have made my 33 years in the hair industry a pleasure! And for that, I THANK YOU ALL!
Recently, I was offered a position as a sales representative for a local family owned company. It is not Stone Mountain Park. The company has offered me a VERY lucrative employment package. It is an opportunity that ( at my age) I could not refuse. I look forward to ( hopefully) being with them a long time ( at least 10 years!). Many of you know how loyal and faithful I am to my employers. I was at my last salon for over 26 years! I consider myself a dedicated, professional, and likeable person. I think they saw that, and thats why they offered me the position.
With all that being said, I am retiring from the hair industry as of February 9, 2020. I do have some appointment times available between now and then if you so choose. I will contact all of you who have pre-booked future appointments with me past the above date, to help keep you in check with your hair after I retire. I can give your color formulas, cut, and other information to Rusty Tidwell, if you so choose. I have worked with him for many years. Rusty is in the My Salon Suites that I am currently in.
I will miss you all, and I wish you all peace and happiness!
