Anything is possible with Asset Preservations Inc. We were called upon by this homeowner to take their old, damp and less then desirable storage room and turn it into a full in-law suite. We removed all the existing tile flooring and walls, framed the additional room for a kitchen/breakfast nook. We ran all new plumbing, electrical, HVAC, lighting, kitchen cabinets, tile floors, doors, trim, crown, base, stainless steal appliances, hard wired internet, ceiling fan, can lights, granet counter tops, kitchen sink, sink faucet, garbage disposal, and a walk-in cedar closet. We primed and painted all walls, ceilings, trim and doors. I would have to say other then how beautiful it turned out the truly amazing part is we were able to complete the whole job start to finish for $345.00 less then their budget for a total cost of $6,655.00 all labor and material included! I would say they more then tripled the value of their investment!
