Hello everyone! I wanted to send this out today and get your feedback on what you would like to see for a menu next week as that will be our last menu at our current location.

As we were coming up on the renewal of our lease we were trying to decide if we could continue to provide meals for everyone and due to quite a few factors like higher food costs, difficulty finding qualified people to help out in the kitchen (and cost to do so), health issues and also increased demands for our time from family situations we had been approached by someone for an offer on the kitchen and it looks to go through this week.

This has been a hard decision because we love seeing everyone and Jacqueline wants to keep cooking for everyone. She wanted to say that this is just a pause for us. She would like to continue to do what she can perhaps from home as she looks to getting approved for a home based kitchen or as a personal chef as needed. We just needed to pause and it seemed to work out at this moment.

It is abrupt, but we didn't know if things would work out at all but we love seeing each and everyone of you and we'll still have the email address here for everyone to contact us and since we are your neighbors we will probably see you out and about as we have done during this time.

Thank you all for having supported us and let us know what you would like to see next week and we will get the most popular choices out there. We will be seeing you again in the future so stay in contact!

Arroz con pollo - Seasoned rice with veggies and chicken breast. Served with seasoned black beans and a fruit salad as dessert

Tue - Aug 15th

Asado Negro (Dark Beef Roast). Juicy and tender slow cooked roast, coated with a sweet dark sauce filled with flavor and aroma. Served with mashed potatoes, steamed vegetables and chocolate chip cookie for dessert

Wed - Aug 16th

Lemon chicken breast served on a bed of buttered noodles accompanied by a garden salad and a brownie as dessert

Two pork carnitas tacos on a soft flour tortilla, with tomatillo pico de gallo served with cilantro lime rice and black beans. A churro as dessert.

Sweet and seasoned barbeque pulled pork sandwich. Served with a colorful coleslaw, seasoned potato wedges and corn bread as dessert.

Chicken and rice bowl. Grilled chicken, cilantro & lime rice, roasted corn salsa, avocado, sour cream and queso fresco with a chocolate chip cookie as a dessert
