We’re kicking off a brand new progression and setting the foundation for what’s to come. This week is all about learning movement patterns, dialing in form, and preparing your body to crush the next 9 weeks 🔥
Here’s what’s coming your way 👇
💥 Monday – SUMMIT: Start the week strong with a cardio endurance climb that tests grit and pacing.
💪 Tuesday – STRENGTH: Focus on controlled movement and technique to build a solid base.
⚡ Wednesday – HIIT: Fast, explosive, and intense — get ready to move quick and recover quicker.
🏋️♀️ Thursday – PUMP: Upper-body focused, with hypertrophy-style training to feel that burn.
❤️ Friday – CARDIO U: Heart rate up, endurance on! Functional cardio with purpose.
🔥 Saturday – SHRED/PEAK: Strength endurance meets power output — push your limits.
😴 Sunday – CLOSED: Rest, recover, and come back ready to attack Week 1.

🔥 FINAL WEEK OF OUR PROGRESSION: TESTING WEEK! 🔥
The work you’ve put in over the last 8 weeks all comes down to this. It’s time to test your progress, prove your strength, and see just how much you’ve leveled up 💪
📆 MONDAY – Strength (Back Squat Testing)
We’re starting the week with one of the biggest lifts — the back squat. Focus on depth, control, and power. Trust your training and go for that new PR!
🏔 TUESDAY – Summit
A cardio grind built to challenge your aerobic engine and mental toughness. Pace smart, push steady, and finish strong.
💥 WEDNESDAY – Strength (Military Press Testing)
It’s all about upper-body power today. Find your rhythm, engage that core, and press with purpose. Let’s see how far your shoulder strength has come!
⚡️ THURSDAY – Cardio U
High energy, fast transitions, and all-out effort. Bring that grit — your endurance test is just around the corner!
🩰 FRIDAY – Cardio Testing
This is it. Benchmark day. Dig deep and give it everything you’ve got — this test shows just how much your consistency has paid off.
🔥 SATURDAY – Power / Peak
The perfect finisher to wrap up testing week. We’re combining strength and explosive movement to leave it all on the floor.
