My favorite part of a tarot reading is dynamically shown in these three cards: The Chariot, the 5 of Pentacles, and the Page of Pentacles (reversed).

The best part of a tarot reading isn't having a spot on reading, but the conversation that happens because of the reading and the new inner awareness that comes to the client who is asking the question.

The client comes asking 1-2 questions wanting a cookie cutter answer most of the time. I point out what the cards show and then ask twenty questions about their life. Why? Really? How? Those are three powerful one word questions.

The payoff comes when I see the light of understanding in their eyes, all of the "aha" and epiphany moments. That's where they are able to see what is really going on, what they truly desire on the inside, and why they do what they do. And that understanding gives them the power to really set in motion a transformation in their life.

The three cards say, very simply, "The way is now opened for you to understand the reasons behind why you are in this situation, and what you need to understand about yourself in order to move forward."

These three cards are empowering and this process only happens when we open our eyes and ask questions.

At first, I hated this deck. The cards were nothing like the images on the box. They seemed like a European version of an American soap opera. I definitely felt like the deck was a failed investment.
Day after I bought the deck, I had the distinct impression that this was the deck to use for a reading. I was floored at how the images exploded in the reading with deep meaning. This deck has proven worth its weight in gold. Perfect for relationship readings and amply beneficial in business readings.
