The holidays are about more than celebrations, they’re about showing up for the communities that support us.

This season, Kristine Hitesman, President of the Capitol Roofing Group, and Paul Hitesman, Vice President, had the honor of participating in a holiday event for The Christmas Box International here in Utah. Dressed as Santa and Mrs. Claus, they spent time supporting an organization that provides love, safety, and stability to children in need, during the holidays and throughout the year.

Giving back is part of who we are. When our leaders and teams step into their communities with generosity and intention, the impact goes far beyond the work we do. It reaches hearts and creates lasting memories.

Responsibilities
*Greet and assist onsite guests
*Answer inbound telephone calls
*Data Entry for Accounts Payable and Payroll
*Taking service calls, help with dispatching, invoicing service calls
*Assist with warranties
*Assist with new hire training
*Keep personnel records
*Scanning records
*Assist in job set up

Qualifications
*Previous office experience preferred
*Ability to prioritize & multitask
*Excellent written and verbal communication skills
*Strong attention to detail
*Strong organizational skills
*Computer proficient in Microsoft Word & Excel
