Applications for $20,000 first-time homebuyers program open Applications are now available for the first-time homebuyers program that would provide qualified Utahns with up to $20,000 for a new home.

The priciest homes in Utah are found in Summit County, according to a new report by SmartAsset. With a median home value of more than $1.1 million, Summit County outshines all other counties in Utah. Wasatch County comes in a close second with a median home value of $808,142, while Morgan County follows with the third highest median home price of $629,066. In comparison, Salt Lake County secures the fifth position in highest median home prices in Utah.
