While we are sad to see Summer go, we are happy for her! We wish her well in her next chapter on the road! In her own words:

To all my wonderful Mountain Yoga Sandy friends,

I have exciting news! I’ll start by giving a HUGE thank you to all our teachers, support staff and students for every hug, smile, laugh, tear, and super sweaty sun salutation shared. This beautiful community brought healing into my life when I needed it most, and now it is time for this ramblin' woman to move along. I'm hitting the road with Jack at the end of June, but don't worry we will be back! I'm just not sure when yet.

In these unprecedented times I will leave you with words of wisdom from this morning's tea bag: "Inner peace creates the change we wish to see in the world." 😉 And this lil tidbit I truly believe can help us with our experience of the world at large: Our breath rate can change our brainwave state of consciousness which can shift the state of your fascia, also known as your body.

May we wake up each day and take the time to remember our human-body superpower: Being full of breath and presence.

Fare thee well, fellow yogis. I am love for you!
