Forget the Stock Market. This Is the Big Risk for Retirees. Market volatility may keep retirees up at night, but the biggest risk to retirement security isn't what is happening on Wall Street. Something that I am also learning to do. I need to say NO more frequently to be able to say YES to that which is most important.

Saying no is one of the most difficult and powerful things you can say. No claims your boundaries. It’s honors self. It’s truly an act of self love.

Saying no draws the line of what is important to you and not succumbing to the pressure of someone making their needs a priority over your needs.

Loving yourself takes courage. It takes strength. It takes valuing self enough to protect your most important asset, your time!
