Synergism Counseling is currently looking to hire at our Heber City location. Must be either a fully licensed LCSW, LCMHC, LPC, MFT, or a CSW or ACMHC who is working towards licensure. We are looking for therapists who are professional, with significant clinical experience, strong interpersonal boundaries, who have good work ethic and can work effectively independently.

Synergism Counseling is made up of seven full and part time therapists who are passionate and committed to helping clients work to heal and resolve emotional, behavioral and mental health issues. We deal with children, adolescents, families, couples and individuals.

Responsibilities

Engage in therapy sessions, complete thorough written case notes and assessments, schedule appointments, do case management, supervision and training sessions. Follow all HIPPA guidelines and requirements. You must have a smart cell phone, laptop computer, (MAC or Windows) running on the latest operating systems and be very computer literate.
Qualifications

Masters degree in Social Work or Clinical Mental Health Counseling. Experience in a clinical setting with children, adolescents, families and couples highly favored. Must have passed the license exam and be working toward clinical hours for completion of full license if not already fully licensed. Any additional trainings are a plus, ie, EMDR, DBT, TFCBT, Gottman, etc.
