We delivered a three-phase vertical expansion for Medical City Healthcare's Heart Hospital. Here's what it included:

· Two-story infill with ED renovations
· 12-bed ICU expansion
· Vertical additions adding 28 new ICU beds and 24 PCU beds
· Shell space for future growth

Designed by Perkins&Will this 72,000 SF expansion added capacity while the hospital stayed fully operational. That kind of coordination takes the right team. Proud to deliver this one for Medical City Dallas and the community they serve.

What does cold storage look like for a leading online flower distributor? Four temperature-controlled zones ranging from 38°F to 44°F, an advanced CO2 refrigeration system, and a facility built to keep flowers fresh from storage to shipment.

We transformed an existing 350,000 SF warehouse into a Class-A distribution hub in City of Industry. The TI included dividing the space into four climate zones, installing heavy power infrastructure, and building out 50 dock doors and trailer parking to keep product moving. Each zone maintains optimal conditions for storing, preparing, packaging, and shipping fresh flowers across the Southwest and beyond.
