Our office will be closed from November 21st-25th. We will return on November 28th. Dr. Lofgren is unwell and unable to see patients. If there is an emergency, please call 911 or proceed to the nearest Emergency Room. We will be checking voicemails regularly and will respond as able. Sorry for the inconvenience! PATIENTS WITH INFANTS - We have a limited supply of formula samples. If you are in need, please give us a call. We do not have every product but we would like to help where we can.

Power lines have gone down near our office. We have been told it could be a problem for a few days. We have transferred our calls to another line and Dr. Lofgren is still available through answering service, number 801-408-6176. Sorry for any inconvenience!
