Hey guys! First off, sorry for not being as active on this platform I am usually really active on my instagram. If you would like to follow me there my handle is @ chrisdevia. However, I will become more active on here since some prefer this means of social media.
Now to the point at hand and my main reason as to why I am here. Effective January 19, 2021, the Federal Housing Administration (FHA) is permitting individuals classified under the “Deferred Action for Childhood Arrivals” program (DACA) with the U.S. Citizenship & Immigration Service (USCIS) and are legally permitted to work in the U.S. are eligible to apply for mortgages backed by the FHA. This means DACA recipients can purchase a home with 3.5% down payment!
