Check out this project we just completed in for a long-time client of ours. We were able to replace their faucet along with the pop-up assembly and repair a leaky drain below.

We arrived at the job site to find a leak from the upstairs bathroom down to the kitchen ceiling. We removed the toilet, inspected the 3-inch cast iron drain pipe with a camera, and found scale buildup. We proceeded to run the 3-inch descaler machine to remove the scale buildup. It's important to note that after we removed the toilet we also found that the toilet fl**ge wasn't installed correctly; so we had to install the correct cast iron toilet fl**ge. Lastly, we anchored the toilet fl**ge to the wood and installed the toilet back.

If your shower valve is leaking or making noise, its issue might be caused by the valve itself or the cartridge inside. In this particular case, the shower valve was very old and worn. It had begun leaking so the best solution was replacement.
