David's Recovery

hello everyone, many of you may have heard already through my brother that he has been discharged today. He is in good health but still needs time for a full recovery. He will continue his physical therapy and is continuously grateful for everyones support. Currently he will be staying some time with our parents and we will be available for anything he needs. Again we can't thank you all for you're continuous prayers and good wishes in David's full recovery. I know David will send his regards to everyone for everything that has been done during his time of need. Hey guys after a FaceTime call with David earlier tonight we again were able to speak to him while he was awake. Tonight David was definitely responsive as he was constantly listening to us and engaged with us with a thumps up and waving hello. He was also pleased with some music we played for him as he bobbed his head to the rhythm of the music. These were all wonderful signs for us that clearly show David will be on his way to recovery with a little more time. Still unable to speak tho, I know he would like to thank each and everyone of you for keeping him in you're thoughts and prayers. Much Love David and his Family.

Hello Family, Friends, and acquaintances, this Page will be dedicated on behalf of David Reyes. We will post any and all updates regarding my brothers well being and recovery. First off we would like to thank each and every one of you for taking your time to ask and concern yourselves about my brother.Currently David received a tracheotomy which enables him to breathe on his own at times and with the help of a ventilator at others. We have been told that his head injuries are stable and are beginning to wean him off his sedation levels. With less medicatio, David has woken up but is constantly anxious and restless. Altho I am unsure if he is conscious of where he is at or if he understands our families voices, we are told he can hear us. David opens his eyes briefly but again we are unsure if he sees us. We are told by the Doctors that David needs time to recover and it is up to him and with the help of the right medication to speed up his recovery. With that said we would GREATLY APPRECIATE if everyone could still keep David in you're daily prayers and thoughts and also send good vibes in his direction. Much Love David and his Family. 🙏
