The open position is for a Licensed/Certified Program Manager with extensive expertise in addiction treatment

The Program Manager is responsible for the day-to-day operations, employee supervision, and provision of expert, client-focused residential and outpatient treatment services.

Program Management:

- Punctual and reliable.
- On call for emergency purposes.
- Efficient with time management and multitasking
- Professional, collected, and courteous
- Understands private insurance (utilization review)
- Service delivery based on A.S.A.M. Criteria
- Proficient with Electronic Health Records
- Able to maintain professional boundaries with clients and staff
- Able to keep staff accountable to documentation timelines
- Can manage staff schedules and time cards
- Collaborates with clinical staff and operations for continuity of care.

Must have the ability to train staff and provide the following services as needed:

- Intake Procedures and Protocols
- Documentation according and Federal, State, UM Guidelines and Joint Commission.
- Assessments (B.P.S., Social Risk, Su***de Risk, etc..)
- Treatment Planning
- ASAM Dimensions and Criteria (All Levels)
- Recovery Planning
- Utilization Review
- Individual counseling
- Group Counseling
- Medication Management

Program Manager performs and maintains professional abilities in the following areas:

-Adherence to Federal, State, and County regulations regarding Confidentiality, H.I.P.P.A. compliance, D.H.C.S. Standards, and Joint Commission Requirements.
- Continuous training in areas where needed, - attendance at seminars, continue earning CEUs
- Crisis intervention-recognizing emotional stress and utilizing resources to resolve problems.
- Client education- provides current alcohol/drug information and available resources to clients, groups and families.

Minimum Qualifications:

- If in recovery must have at least (2) years of continuous sobriety.
- Credentials: CADC I or above, CATC I or Above, LMFT, MFTi, MSW, LCSW, ACSW and/or AA in Human Services or Psychology and actively pursuing credentials.
- Will consider 2+ years experience with references as a Program Director or Program Manager.
- Experience in the addiction field, preferably Detox, Inpatient and Outpatient Treatment.
