Jim and team were fantastic. They were quick to respond to inquiries and great at communication. I would very much like to recommend them to clients of mine. I was however very disappointed in Stearns use of Atlas Title. As a Realtor I have used many title companies and the sheer lack of communication and knowledge was very frightening. Otherwise we were more than satisfied.

Rochelle was very proactive, making sure we had information as soon as it was available. She responded promptly to phone and email messages, and took as much time as we needed to make sure we understood the loan process and documents. She even intervened with the TFCU underwriters to waive one of their original requirements.
