If you’re just starting out in your fitness journey or you’re a couple of months/years in I just want to remind you that progress 👏🏼 takes 👏🏼 time.

We live in a society where instant gratification is so easily attainable. But that isn’t necessarily the case when it comes to our physique goals.

It takes time, consistency, determination and so much more. But I promise you can do it. Whatever your goals are for 2024, inside of the gym and out my biggest advice is to take baby steps.

Trying to do a 180 overnight will lead to burnout. Pace yourself, give yourself grace and a pat on the back when you hit those little milestones and don’t give up.
