Our Adopt-A-Home Campaign is seeking support and donations to help furnish thirty-one newly renovated studios for chronically homeless or formerly homeless individuals in our community.
This initiative helps furnish our new supportive housing property, ensuring residents move into spaces that feel dignified, comfortable, and truly their own.
your donation will ensure that the new tenants are provided with community room furnishings, basic living necessities, and personal items.
Your support and donations will ensure that the new tenants’ living and community spaces are comfortable, dignified, and welcoming. We invite you to help us welcome these individuals to their new homes! The grand opening will take place in June 2026!

Everyone Deserves a Second Story.
It is the goal of 2nd Story Associates to expand the opportunities that are available to all low-income families, seniors and disabled members of the Santa Barbara community with the intention of creating housing and programs that serve the needs of these individuals and promote a diverse and socially equitable community.
