Getting through the holidays sober can be extremely difficult. That’s why SBR places such a big importance on fellowship, connection, and community. We were blessed with amazing food, meaningful conversations, and honest reflection on why we choose to stay sober — and how grateful we are to be alive and present today. Hope everyone had an amazing Thanksgiving.

After a long week of clinical work, our clients use the weekend to connect, recharge, and bond through strong, sober activities. We’re so proud of the effort they put in every single day.

Here in Santa Barbara, recovery comes with the gift of nature—beautiful beaches, fresh air, and a community that supports one another.
