Set yourself up for success and choose activities you genuinely enjoy. I love taking these two pet T-rex’s on walks and hikes and am grateful they get me out. It’s one of my favorite parts of my exercise program. What’s your favorite avenue of fitness?! Comment below 👇🏾 👇🏾👇🏾

Over the past 16 years, back pain has been one of the top complaints coming from new clients. While back pain can be caused by various factors, deconditioned, or weak, core muscles are usually a big part of the problem. Planking is a safe and effective way to strengthen your core muscles from the comfort of your own home! Start by timing yourself for as long as you can safely support your back while keeping your stomach tight in the plank position. Don’t be afraid to start on your knees if needed and work up from there! See if you can work up to 90 seconds. I know you can. You know you can. Do it!
