Marking the program’s 10th anniversary celebrating excellence in traditional design, we are honored to receive the 2026 Institute of Classical Architecture & Art Julia Morgan Award.

Set within a coastal landscape, the chapel and surrounding buildings draw on simple forms, local materials, and careful proportions, creating a composition that is both grounded and enduring. 

The awards will be presented on June 5th at the Green Room in San Francisco.

This pool house is designed as a natural extension of daily life outdoors.

Andalucian precedents guide the design, with deep columned porches and open archways creating shaded spaces for dining, lounging, and gathering, while the continuity of materials ties it to the original historic main house.

This Mid-Century beach house frames scenic views to the Pacific and captures southern light from all angles. The landscape design blurs the boundary between indoor and outdoor living.
