When Tony Grimes told his wife that he was going to build a mobile bar in his spare time, she couldn’t help it… she laughed in his face. Not to say that Tommie Vaughn Grimes isn’t a supportive wife, but she also knew that the amount of spare time her husband had- being the Director of Operations at Figueroa Mountain Brewing Company for six taprooms, as well as the President of the Central Coast Brewers Guild, the guitarist and co-songwriter for the couples popular alt-rock band Wall of Tom- not to mention the father of two rambunctious children- ages 8 and 5. So it wasn’t a stretch for Tommie to giggle at her husband’s idea in the beginning, but as the months passed- Tony acquired a 8’ trailer and began building out his dream mobile bar...
