My one Christmas wish came true… Our kitchen is (99.9%) complete! I spent 8 hours cooking in this amazing, beautiful new space yesterday. So grateful to everyone who made this happen…most importantly, my incredibly talented husband who has not had a day off in months, and fabricated the incredible cabinetry I envisioned. So grateful and blessed. 🤍💫

There is often this misconception about the role a designer plays...and that we spend our time picking fabrics and maybe the odd material. While we do indeed pick those, and literally every material used in our projects...from plumbing to cabinet hardware, lighting to tile and stone slabs, and of course all of the furnishings to complete the space...that is just one aspect of our role. ⁠

Where we actually start is with space planning the layout, followed by detailed drawings, and ultimately all the specifications, for the contractor to bid and build the project.⁠
