Arugula: Can be made into chutney or a side dish

Roast red gram, coriander seeds, garlic, onion, green chili, asefoetida. Once done, add arugula and cook. Grind and use as pickle / chutney. Add lemon/lime juice. Same recipe in a more liquid form can be had with rice and rotis.
