Job Description
The hiring company is looking for Fund Accountant to join their US team. The successful candidate will be responsible for the analysis and performance reporting of investment performance for private equity funds and affiliated funds. This position will report to Alternative Fund Services Department.

Job Responsibilities:
• Provide accounting services for clients including preparing and processing transactions and financial reports.
• Provide support to clients’ investor inquires.
• Prepare fee calculations (managing fees, carried interest and waterfall) verifying that calculations are in accordance with LPA.
• Prepare investor capital and distribution notices.
• Prepare ad hoc requests regarding fund and investor specific reports as well as analysis.
• Prepare fund annual and quarterly financial reports.
• Prepare SPV accounting.
• Understand and assist clients with other reporting, such as CRS/FATCA, K1 etc..
• Assist clients to address and resolve audit inquiries from external auditors during year-end audit.
• Participate in pre-project stage discussion with the clients and to define more detailed services model for specific clients as required.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.

Job Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, preferable with a CPA qualification;
• 5 years’ experience preferably with a combination of auditing and private equity. Candidate with more PE/VC fund accounting experience will be considered for senior position
• Basic knowledge of different accounting standards (IFRS, GAAPs).
Other Skills:
• Strong organizational skills.
• Ability to communicate effectively.
• Good time management skills with ability to multi-task.
• Proficiency in Excel and other windows-based software.
• Experience with fund accounting software solutions would be highly advantageous.

Job Description
This position’s primary responsibility is to utilize data to tell the story of our services and to assure its compliance with multiple government funding. It is also responsible for working with external engineers to maintain the integrity of multiple data systems and sometimes overseeing the progress of system development. This position will report to Executive Director.

Qualifications and Requirements:
• BA Degree or equivalent professional experience
• This role needs passion and curiosity about the nature of data and how they are related to the human’s real life. Finding stories from the trend in order to trigger conversation on decision-making.
• Have a deep understanding of the data type (ex. qualitative vs quantitative, numbers vs natural language) and knowing how to map out technology / techniques to make use of the data. Support data modeling, data validation, and reconciliation.
• Have a big vision about telling a story through data, and also be detail-oriented when working with the engineers.
• Excellent interpersonal, collaboration, oral, and written communication skills, including demonstrated skills in data analysis, synthesizing information, and writing data narratives based on your audience’s backgrounds.
• Work with engineers to maintain and further develop multiple websites and data dashboards. This position requires to work non-standard, extended, or weekend hours in support of engineers from overseas.
