WORKOUT - 5 Sets
1. Incline Bench Press x 10
2. ISO Lunge SA Bent Over Row x 10
3. Bent Over Reverse Fly x 10
4. Push-up to Shoulder Taps x 10
5. Weighted V-ups x 10
