A 10 minute meditation with singing bowl is a great way to relax and de-stress. The sound of the singing bowl can help to clear your mind and focus on your breath. Here are the steps on how to meditate with a singing bowl:
1. Find a comfortable position to sit in. You can sit on the floor, on a chair, or even on your bed.
2. Close your eyes and take a few deep breaths. As you breathe in, imagine yourself inhaling peace and calm. As you breathe out, imagine yourself exhaling any tension or stress.
3. Place the singing bowl on the floor in front of you.
4. Gently strike the singing bowl with a mallet.
5. As the sound of the singing bowl fades away, focus on your breath.
6. Allow your body to relax and let go of any tension.
7. If your mind wanders, simply bring it back to your breath.
8. Continue to meditate for 10 minutes.
9. When the 10 minutes are up, gently open your eyes and stretch your body.
10. Take a few deep breaths and feel relaxed and refreshed.
