Transformational Bodywork

Tuning ever more deeply into my heart. Encountering there layers of numbness and frustration and grief, and while this might not sound pleasant to be with;

I celebrate my ability to feel!
To acknowledge whats real.

Staying with and expressing some of these more challenging feelings, led me to a lightness and joy organically. Bit by Bit Allowing myself to receive the light and joy and into my heart, I could feel it expanding, becoming more full and free.

Today I celebrate my expanded capacity to be with all parts of myself!

I am excited to share the evolution of my bodywork practice that
Includes getting to the root of dis-ease, addressing the physical, mental, emotional and spiritual bodies.
