Buckeye Hill Rye is a bakery. The main product is a sourdough rye bread made out of organic dark rye flour and seeded with different seeds. We use well water.
Cob Research Institute is running a campaign to get the votes of US Building Officials to support its Cob Code Proposal to the ICC Public Comment Hearings on October 26. We look for US residents, cob enthusiasts, to approach their Building Official and hypothesize building with cob in their community. The Building Official, as their Public Servant, needs to support this request.
