On Love, Shared Reality, and the Practice of Being Together 🦋
When we approach relationship consciously and reflectively—it becomes a sacred vehicle for transformation and self actualization.
A relationship is not a static experience, it is a dynamically evolving, amorphous energy that emerges between two beings—responding to nervous system states, reacting to environmental conditions, and unfolding organically through each subtle interaction.
Like everything on Earth, relationships are in a near-constant state of change and transformation.
A relationship is made up of all the tiny moments that exist between you—a liminal dreaming/waking process that is ultimately a manifestation of the vibration of your being.
As my dzogchen teacher, Tenzin Wangyal Rinpoche, said, “If most of the moments of your relationship are joyful—your relationship will be joyful”.
A relationship is a daily practice of showing up with the energy you desire to bring into the world.
