Capitola Village will now have our GF Buns in another location... Go check out Sotola Bar & Grill and sit outside on their deck or inside window ocean views and enjoy their wonderful menu. We had a call about Vegan items so dolled up some of the Vegan cookies we had made for one of our accounts with a topping of Friends n' Cheeses Rosie's Hip Jelly and a swirl of Vanilla Icing. We have them here at the Bakery, along with some Crazy Mama Cupcakes, Breads, Buns, Frozen Biscuit Dough, Pizza's, Veggie Pot Pies, & some of HANLOH's yummy Thai Curry's.

Fresh Sandwich Bread Today!

We've been gathering a bunch of new accounts lately but today was deliciously exciting as I took samples & discussed with owner Paul... I got to have one of their sandwiches for the first time and have it on our bun... it was amazing!!! I'm going to be eating sandwiches here all the time now that they have our GF Hamburger / Sandwich Bun! They will have our GF Buns starting on Wednesday this week as they celebrate Local Burger Week! Look forward to many delicious GF Sandwiches at Surf City Sandwich on the corner of 41st Ave and Soquel!

Well after our "Re-Vamping" Break on our Retail Bakery Store, we are happy to announce we'll be opening again next week! We have a lot of exciting news ahead as we venture forward to expanding our wholesale. With a full house of amazing kitchen renters, look for our Store Front to now consist of many of our flour blends, buns, biscuits, breads, Pot Pies, Pizza's, & a handful more of Breadbox items; as well of a big inventory of all our Kitchen Renters Foods as well. , other Local products, and much more! Kids Cooking Classes Session 1 - In The Breadbox

Our Chef Z-Lo made some GF Eggs Bennie's today! Canadian Bacon, Organic Spinach, Poached Glaum Eggs, & his Hollandaise, on top of one of our GF Biscuits. We have lots of Battered Cod; Creamy (yet amazingly Dairy Free) Clam Chowder; Chicken Pot Pies; Pizza's; Meatball Pockets filled with marinara, cheeses, & spinach.
