Our Story

Community Connection Supports adults with psychiatric disabilities and their families in achieving greater independence and an improved quality of life as members of the community. We believe that each person that walks through our doors has a gift. Our job is to support them in discovering those gifts and reaching their full potential.

Community Connection is funded in part by Santa Cruz County Mental Health Services and State of California Department of Rehabilitation.
