Fun cook day today!! So many yummy things on my clients menu today, love being of service to my clients & preparing them healthy meals that are in alignment with their food/dietary needs. My favorite menu item today is the Mushroom Piccata with Cauliflower Mash. This sheet pan of shiitake & baby portobello’s are headed to the oven to roast for 20 mins. While their roasting I’ll make the sauce & mash.
