Now that we're back in the purple tier, we're moving to outdoor MMA circuits only, moving them up earlier in the day before dark, starting tomorrow/Tuesday. Mike is currently in conversation with circuit regulars to find good times. I'll be updating the sign up sheet ASAP. Questions? Needs? Post below or DM us.

Our friend and life coach, Tim Gillet, recently gave a talk at Freefall MMA entitled "Building the Habits of a Fighter." Using the Tiny Habits system he outlined the ways in which one goes about implementing the daily habits needed to succeed as a fighter in small chunks. It would be all-too-easy to allow the current situation to knock us out of the orbit of our already established habits. So let us use the Tiny Habits system to stay engaged with the martial arts we all love so much. Will you make the "Tiny" commitment of 30 Seconds to One Minute a day to do the drills we post? Doing so will keep your mind and body engaged in martial arts without detracting from the more urgent matters that are sure to come up in these trying times. For the time being, I see no reason to reinvent the wheel. There is so much excellent content out there already that I will be reposting solo or partner drills that adhere to our curriculum and asking that we all do them "together" in the sense that we all do them at home, everyday. Are you in? I'll be posting some Muay Thai drills later.

Hello Everyone, as I'm sure you're all aware, the Santa Cruz County Health Department has issued a "Shelter in Place Order" causing all non-essential businesses to cease operations until April 7th, at the earliest. We will be sending an email to all our current students detailing how we intend to weather the storm, pending input from our partners who have most certainly been wonderful to us since we began working with them on New Year's day of 2016. In the meantime, we wanted to thank all our students, fellow dojo owners, and friends that have reached out to offer us help, and or brainstorm ideas for getting through this crisis. We feel confident that we will emerge stronger than ever, and we feel very blessed to have our FreeFall MMA community, as well as be a part of the larger , , and community. Also, it's National Muay Thai day, so a big shout out to our excellent Muay Thai team! Please look out for that email of you're one of our current students, and stay tuned to our various platforms for updates.

Thank you everyone! 🙏
