FREE CHILDBIRTH EDUCATION CLASSES

We've just added another FREE offering to support parents and caregivers -- a two-part Childbirth Education Class!

Join us to prepare for childbirth and your baby’s arrival into your family. We kindly ask that you commit to attending both classes to get the full experience.

The first class on May 13 will cover labor preparation and birth wishes, the typical course of labor, and comfort measures for labor and delivery. The second class on May 20 will focus on developing a coping mindset, informed consent, infant feeding, and postpartum care. With a strengths-based approach, we help you to uncover that you have the tools you need to prepare for the unexpected and we offer you a sense of how to approach the many ways labor, birth, and the postpartum period can unfold.

Classes are FREE OF CHARGE and will include space for sharing and connecting with other parents. To be held in person at our Española office, open to pregnant folks and their partners, labor companions, support people.
