Celebrate art, music, film, and community at Frida Fest 2026 in Santa Fe County! From June 26 to 28, venues across Santa Fe will come alive with colorful events inspired by the life and creative spirit of Frida Kahlo. Kick off the weekend with the opening reception at La Casa Sena on Friday, June 26 at 6:00 pm. Saturday programming begins at noon at Jean Cocteau Cinema, followed by the Scholarship Awards Gala at 5:00 pm. On Sunday, June 28, enjoy Cristina Kahlo’s talk at 4:00 pm, a paella and tapas reception from 5:00 to 6:30 pm, and the Frida Drag Show closing celebration from 7:00 to 8:00 pm. The Traveling Frida Bed will be featured throughout the celebration weekend.
Frida Fest is a cultural celebration to Benefit the Nacha Mendez Music scholarship for New Mexican Girls of Color.
