We are offering classes this Fall Semester here at Santa Fe Community College's Culinary Program. Our classes will be available online and blended. Blended classes will have online lecture components with on campus lab assignments.
We will be partnering with an amazing online culinary resource called Rouxbe to provide quality training videos, rich content and assessment. Rouxbe is an amazing online "textbook" that you have access for life with only a one time fee.

HRMG 118 Sanitation and Safety- ServSafe Manager Course
CULA 111 Introduction to Culinary Arts
These classes start on this Monday, August 24th, 2020 and both are offered online.
We also offer an amazing pastry program. Chef Sandra Nitschke and chef Micaela Deaton will be offering online and blended classes.
CULA 113 Basic Baking Skills starts on Tuesday, September 8th, 2020 from 8:30 am to 12:45 pm. This class is two weeks and will be Tuesday through Friday.

Chef's in at 7am doing dishes at 4pm. We know why we are doing it. At the end of two short weeks we will have fed 10,000 people.
