The perfect deal doesn't exist. The perfect property doesn't exist. The perfect market, the perfect rate, the perfect moment; none of it exists.
What exists is an industry that profits handsomely from selling you the idea that it does.
The excitement is real. The success stories are real. And they are genuinely life-changing for the people who win them.
But here's what nobody says at the networking events, they're life-changing for the people who lose them too.
A bad deal will teach you more than a good one ever will. The question is whether you survive the lesson.
I'm not here to sell you perfect. I'm here to help you make better decisions with imperfect information, in imperfect markets, on imperfect properties.
