Bitter Spritz.

This is a refreshing spritz made with not-so-sweet ISH Spirits Sparkling and some Ritual Zero Proof Aperitif. Garnished with some candied ginger and served up in some 110 year old cocktail glasses.

In case you didn't know this: one does not have to be "sober" to enjoy a refreshing drink at Bar None. I have designed my drinks to be healthful, refreshing and hydrating for EVERYONE to enjoy.

I use top quality organic produce for my syrups, shrubs, hydrosols and cordials. What's more, I make them all from scratch, by hand, in a certified kitchen.

If you like to quench your thirst with refreshing drink, I recommend coming and seeing what Bar None is all about.

If you don't feel like committing to the full priced experience, I can work out an a la carte price while supplies last.

Today I am spending the afternoon prepping for this event. That includes making syrups, hydrosols, cordials and shrubs. I will be assembling my ingredients as well, including gathering the spirits, sanitizing the glasses, and prepping the garnishes.

It takes a lot of time, money and effort to put these events on and I love doing it.

I hope to see you out tomorrow for Bar None.
