We are searching for a qualified and ambitious individual who will ensure equipment meets our quality standards of cleanliness, is punctual, observes all safety measures, and delivers exceptional customer service.

As a Yard Attendant you will be responsible for washing & detailing of rental equipment for pre-delivery, inspecting and tagging as rent ready all equipment, the hook up & receiving of trailered or smaller rented equipment, and assisting in the “curb appeal” and arrangement of equipment in the yard.

A typical day might include the following:

• Prepping yard for start & close of business (gates, pumps, etc.)

• All equipment is “Rent Ready” and staged or pre-loaded

• Loading & Unloading customers as yard flow dictates

• As equipment returns, notify Counter of current hours & fuel needed by handheld radio

• Stage returned equipment for turnaround or repair & wash equipment

• Ensure the yard area is kept clean & organized (moving equipment and/or vehicles)

Job Requirements:

• Ability to take instruction and understand goals and processes

• Safety awareness

• Self-motivation

• Must have a valid driver’s license and an acceptable driving record

• Ability to work fluctuating schedules which include some Saturdays

• Ability to lift up to 70 pounds several times throughout a shift

• % of workday performing, but not limited to:

o Standing 50%
o Walking 45%
o Sitting 5%
