Volt is looking for a Construction Foreman for an Agriculture company in Santa Maria, CA.

Full time- Direct Placement position with great benefits.

Job Descriptions:

Helps clients design, develop, maintain and enhance irrigation systems for increased yields and water savings.

The essential functions include, but are not limited to the following:

-Coordinates installation or repair tasks according to priorities and plans.
-Supervises the use of machinery and equipment and ensures proper maintenance.
-Reports process of installations to supervisor, manager and/or sales staff.
-Ensures that all materials, supplies, tools and equipment are at the job sites and are in working condition.
-Ensures all safety precautions and quality standards are met from beginning to end of all projects and jobs.
-Inspects the work of outside contractors ensuring that work meets job specifications and safety standards.

Minimum Qualifications :

-Experience working in the agricultural irrigation and/or construction industry.
-Knowledge of irrigation systems, basic hydraulics, pump systems and electrical systems.
-Ability to read drawings and plans.
-Strong customer service skills.
-Excellent leadership skills.
-Two years of supervisor experience.
-Current and valid driver’s license.
-Bilingual in Spanish required.

Volt is immediately hiring for a Invoicing Specialist for a local leading company in Santa Maria.

This position is Monday-Friday Day shift. Pay for this position is $18+ an hour DOE

Essential Job Functions

-Review tickets that are delivered from the operations office.
-Uses company software to produce invoices to various customers
-Answer phones and emails through out the day
-Invoices for both internal and external
-Keep track and on top of slow returning invoices and tickets
-Will be using companies software to perform different job tasks throughout the day.
-Will be able to ensure final accuracy of the customers information.

Skills and Abilities:

-Bilingual is a Plus
-Excellent verbal and written communication skills
-Must be proficient in Microsoft Office ---Suite or related software. Must have strong Excel skills
-Excellent Interpersonal skills with the ability to manage sensitive and confidential information.
-Accurate typing skills
-Dependable attendance

This is an entry level position with tons of growth opportunities!

The duties of a septic pump truck driver include transporting, loading, and unloading equipment and providing pumping service for septic tank and portable restroom units.

-Drive and operate trucks.
-Follow instructions; locate and read -location and road maps.
-Pre-inspect truck.
-Pick up goods and materials, verify loads for accuracy, and deliver them as instructed.
-Load and unload cargo.
-Responsible for basic vehicle maintenance; comply with all safe work practices, policies, and processes at all times.
-Complete and verify paperwork for accuracy

-Class C Driver license

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $17.00 per hour

Schedule:
Monday to Friday
Company is also willing to sponsor a driver to obtain their Class B License

Work Location: On the road
