Please read the entire message for 30 MDG closure and COVID testing procedures next week.

The 30 MDG will be closed on Thursday, 16 June for Readiness Training and will have limited operations on Friday 17 June due to Juneteenth Federal Holiday. Those limited operations will include patient appointments from 0730-1130 which can be scheduled via 805-606-CARE and pharmacy services from 0730-1700.

COVID TESTING UPDATE
Wednesday, 15 June, will be the last day of drive through COVID testing. Beginning on Tuesday, 21 June, we will resume walk-in PCR testing through your PCM clinic. There will be no COVID testing on 16-17 June.

You can still obtain your OTC test kits from the pharmacy during normal operating hours.

Due to a broken water valve, the pharmacy, radiology and out patient records will be closed until further notice.

Our Facilities team is working hard to get everything clean, dry and safe to resume patient care in those sections. We will update this post once any or all of those sections are availabile.
