• Spend time with supportive individuals: Surround yourself with people who uplift and encourage you. Positive connections make all the difference.

• Practice gratitude: Focus on what you’re thankful for. Gratitude shifts your mindset and reminds you of life’s blessings.

• Get Outside: Fresh air and movement can do wonders for your mental clarity and peace. Nature has a calming, grounding effect.

• Watch a holiday movie: Enjoy a lighthearted film to relax and soak in the season’s joy. Small moments of happiness are worth savoring.

• Journal: Put your thoughts and feelings on paper. Journaling is a powerful tool for reflection and emotional processing.
