I'm Kendra Gail, a California licensed real estate agent with eXp Realty. When your home is in my hands, I'll treat it as my own and do all I can to make sure it sells fast and for the best possible price. I'm eager to help my clients find a new home or investment property. I'm honored to be part of my clients journey and overjoyed to see the look on their faces when they fall in love with a property or piece of land that's perfect for them.

As a child I was always eager to help my Dad with projects around the house. Together we tore off old wallpaper, tore up carpet, restored hardwood floors and painted many walls. In my teenage years I worked with Habitat for Humanity and other charities rebuilding communities devastated by hurricanes. More recently, I've had the opportunity to get a taste of design and development working with a firm for a couple years here in LA. I was able to be hands on and gain project management experience in interior design and staging projects as well as assist in a beautiful ground-up build in Venice Beach. Those experiences gave me great insight into many different facets of the real estate process. In 2019 I helped form a real estate brokerage and got that off the ground before moving on to work with eXp Realty.
