Given the increase in home invasions and transients entering private properties to use drugs, bathe, charge electronic devices, sleep, defecate and pass out, IN SANTA MONICA.
An ordinance requiring gated code security in buildings should be a priority. We need enhanced security measures that protect residents to reflect two top priorities of our city:
1) Emergency operations.
2) Clean and safe neighborhoods.
