The 30A Filet Oscar Napoleon. An 8oz filet mignon topped with a jumbo lump crab cake, 3 blackened gulf shrimp, and 3 seared scallops over garlic smashed red potatoes, topped with hollandaise sauce, flash fried baby spinach, blistered heirloom cherry tomatoes and grilled lemon! (I can’t believe it made it upright to the table)
