This is an example of what should not be done to a property. Whoever pressure washed this property caused long-term damage. This was a brand new facility with new concrete and it should’ve been handled carefully. Because the concrete is new it should’ve had a very light pressure washing done to it. Whoever did this property used too much psi a.k.a. too much pressure and that edged the concrete which is permanently damaging the concrete. They took the top layer off. Also known as cream it’s the whitish color that you see on new concrete. Because they use too much pressure it now looks like a darker color. When you use our company, we always look at these type of details and make sure that there is low psi or no PSI at all being used to wash the property. Please call professionals. The lowest quote might not be the best quote because the damage that is done is irreversible at this point.
